Lights, Camera, Action....
Ok... So I know I'm a copycat and a rip off merchant, but after seeing Bluetit TV, I have been beside myself with Technomalogical envy.....Video on a blog...How cool is that!
So, having ascertained the production secrets, I can now present for your edification the following epic clodbuster..."Allotments of Fire".
Caution is advised however if you are unusually prone to sea-sickness, as due to the fact that there are a two schools of thought on the use of tripods (All the other directors say you need one, but I say's yer don't) it is filmed in Deluxe Wobbly-Rama-Vision.
Sorry about the dodgy sound at the start, it soon gets better.
Must have been breezier than it seemed!

OK-one thing leads to the next. I have fast computer envy. It's time to upgrade the old computer as I must see garden videos! I'll be back.
Nothings happening - is it a French film?
Try again now.
I normally upload my posts, and surf, using Mozilla Firefox as my browser ('cos it's tops!) instead of clunky, slow old Internet Explorer...the video must be in a different format as it wouldn't play using IE for me either.
Have now deferred to popular opinion a posted an IE version instead, which seems to work OK.
Nope - I get
'This is a private video. If you have been sent this video, please make sure you accept the sender's friend request'
message. Do you need to change the settings on Youtube.com to 'public'?
Does Keith come out of his big shed with an axe to attack the scarecrow cutting into a mass of squashed tomatoes?
Hmmmmm.... OK. Have made it "public". Have another go, although by now I feel obliged to warn you it's not THAT interesting really...but I appreciate the help in sorting it.
RESULT!!! Weird hearing and seeing body parts of Blogger. Now all we need is psycho Keith showering under a hose when the hosepipe ban man arrests and gets slashed with Keith's axe... cut to smashed tomatoes.
Have started to plan Allotment 21 movie...
Errm.. I think you are getting a bit carried away with the whole slasher schlock-fest thing....Keith is a mild mannered, softly spoken man in his sixties, with the air of a retired civil servant about him.....Ah.. hang on...yes, I see what you mean!
Excellent - I tried earlier and had the same results - but its a good result - perhaps once a month to show progress?
Very cool! (still need to replace the old computer, though.) Cannot wait to see the sunflowers growing in front of our eyes and the bees buzzing around.
Thanks from me for explaining so patiently. As you will see if you visit my blog, I have mastered the link situation.....you're at the top of the list.....of course!!!!
Thanks again!
(NB still can't do the e-mail....I'll get it later I expect!
Well you've really upped the ante now haven't you? Most impressive - I'm still struggling to put photos on mine! Need a full day to play and haven't got the time at the mo - what with all the seeds.... and more seeds...... and planting..... and working......!Perhaps next Thurs!
Nice one! Vely lovely allotment and so weed free! I'm very jelous. I really want to do a podcast now.
